Ford Transit Custom 2013-2023 SWB - Birch Phenolic Hexagrip Ply Floor are made from 12MM Phenolic Hexagrip hardwood plywood, the ply lining panels are machined on our state of the art CNC routers for a perfect fit and dimensional accuracy. Our hardwood floor is designed to fit directly to the metal van floor.

Our premium Birch Phenolic Hexagrip  floor offers greater non-slip  and water resistant properties than standard plywood and the resin bonding is even more resistance to delamination. Also known as "Buffalo board/Wisadeck"
