1. Overview
All Plycraft products are made to order. This means your item is manufactured after your order is placed, rather than being dispatched from stock.
This allows us to maintain quality and consistency across every product we produce.
2. Processing & Production Time
- Orders are typically processed & manufactured within up to 4 working days
- Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
Please note:
· During busy periods, production times may occasionally be longer
- Orders are processed in the order they are received
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on the courier and your location.
Typical delivery estimates:
- UK Mainland: 1–3 working days after dispatch
Please note:
· Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
· Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or peak periods
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will depend on:
- Order size and weight
- Delivery location
We do not currently offer shipping to the following locations, however we may be able to assist in certain circumstances, please contact PlyCraft to discuss prior to placing the order.
- Any offshore Islands
- Scottish Highlands
- Norther Ireland
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Due to the size of our products we generally do not offer international shipping.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed deliveries due to absence at the delivery address
6. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:
- The courier may leave a card or contact you
- It is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery or collection
Additional charges may apply if the item is returned to us and needs to be re-sent.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
- Provide your order number and, where applicable, photos of the issue
We will investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue.
8. Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Severe weather
- Customs or transport issues
- Peak seasonal demand
However, we will always do our best to assist and keep you informed.
